Anthony is an educator of all ages in the Central Coast. He currently teaches music and elementary band in Santa Maria and is an Applied Saxophone Lecturer and runs the Saxophone Ensemble at Cal Poly. Anthony received his BM degree in music education from the University of the Pacific. As a saxophonist, Anthony founded the XYZ Saxophone Quartet which performed at the North American Saxophone Alliance western regional conference in 2009 and also had the honor of performing for former President Bill Clinton. Anthony also performs with Neptune Reeds, San Luis Obispo Symphony, San Luis Obispo Wind Orchestra, and SLO-based brass band, Brass Mash.
Jake

Since earning his BS and MS in music from CSU Northridge and Brigham Young University, Jake has dedicated his musical career to empowering children with self-confidence, determination, and persistence through music. Enjoying the quiet oceanside life in Cambria, Jake is currently the band director at Atascadero Middle School and also is a freelance music teacher and professional performer in a variety of bands in the central coast of California.
Aniela

Aniela teaches music at Arellanes Jr High School in Santa Maria. She earned her BS in Music Education from Gettysburg College and MA in Music from UNLV. A lifelong tenor player and dedicated teacher of orchestra and band for the past 24 years, Aniela was named the 2019 Santa Barbara County Performing Arts Teacher of the Year. Aniela also enjoys running, hiking, and biking in the great outdoors of central California.
Pat
Baritone Saxophone
After graduating with electrical engineering degrees from Cornell and Santa Clara University and working in silicon valley during the high-tech boom years, Pat eventually retired and moved with her family to San Luis Obispo, where she rediscovered her love for playing the saxophone. She is currently the Morro Bay White Caps Community Band Board President and the SLO Wind Orchestra Personnel Manager, plays with various central coast community ensembles and bands, and studies the bari sax under James Barrera, professor at the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at Long Beach.
